全OSS — SO Works Agent Series リリースロードマップ
13のOSSを、1つのAgent Stackとして公開予定。
以下のプロジェクトはすべてpublic OSSとしてリリース予定です。多くのrepoは、public packaging・docs・license確認・release gateを仕上げる間はprivateのままです。このページはproduct directionを示すもので、release日を約束するものではありません。
ここに載っているものは、すべてpublic OSSとしてリリース予定です。
repoやpackageが実際にpublicになるまでは、private repo URL、未公開package前提のinstall導線、公開募集フローは表示しません。各projectがrelease gateを通過した時点で、public linkを順次追加します。

タスク記憶、ルーティング、claim、handoff、review、Local Controlで複数coding agentの実作業を運用する基盤。
Agent Token Optimizer
coding agentが読むrepo contextの無駄を診断し、実行前のtoken負荷と不要contextを減らす。
Agent Persona
user、adopter、security、operator、buyer、contributorなどの視点を再利用可能なAI reviewへ追加する。
Agent Human Memory
provenance、consent、authority、retention、forgettingを明示した、確認・修正可能なagent memoryを研究する。
Agent Skill Shelf
1つのcanonical skillからClaude Code、Codex、Gemini、Copilot、Continueなど向けの出力を安全に生成・管理する。
Agent Fusion Skill
複数視点の独立review、judge synthesis、改善をfinalize前に実行するagent skill。
AI Product Manager
粗いアイデアからbrief、PRD、優先タスク、acceptance criteria、review plan、release readinessを生成する。
Agent Task Router
実行前にtaskをagent、model tier、skill、human review gateへ決定論的に振り分ける。
Agent Handoff Kit
task、route decision、context packをagentが実行しやすいMarkdown/JSON handoff packetへ変換する。
Agent Reporting
agent activity、run、review、failure、feedbackをreport、risk、learning、next actionへ変換する。
Agent Machine Doctor
developer machineのperformance、storage、cache、background load、memory pressure、toolchain readinessを診断する。
Agent Security Doctor
repo、supply chain、editor、data boundary、agent config、attack surface、release gateのsecurity riskを診断する。
Agent Channel Bridge
local agentのstatus、approval、reply、resultをSlack、Discord、custom channelへ安全に橋渡しする。
public releaseの準備が整ったprojectから、順次linkを公開します。
private開発の段階でも全体アーキテクチャは見せつつ、まだ公開されていないsoftwareを「使える状態」と誤認させない方針です。
