All OSS — SO Works Agent Series release roadmap
13 OSS releases. One composable agent stack.
Every project below is planned for a public OSS release. Most repositories are still private while public packaging, documentation, licensing checks, and release gates are finalized. This roadmap communicates product direction, not a promised launch date.
Everything shown here is planned for public OSS release.
Until a repository or package is genuinely public, the site does not expose private repository links, installation commands that depend on unpublished packages, or public recruitment flows. Release links will appear project by project as each release clears its gates.
From product intent to routing, execution, review, memory, and operations.
Agent Workbench
Coordinate real coding-agent work with task memory, routing, claims, handoffs, review, and local control.
Agent Token Optimizer
Audit repository context waste and reduce what coding agents need to read before execution.
Agent Persona
Add reusable user, adopter, security, operator, buyer, and contributor perspectives to AI review.
Agent Human Memory
Explore explicit, reviewable, forgettable agent memory with provenance, consent, authority, and retention boundaries.
Agent Skill Shelf
Keep one canonical skill source and generate reviewed outputs for Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Copilot, Continue, and more.
Agent Fusion Skill
Run multi-perspective review, independent lanes, judge synthesis, and improvement before an agent finalizes work.
AI Product Manager
Turn rough ideas into briefs, PRDs, prioritized tasks, acceptance criteria, review plans, and release readiness reports.
Agent Task Router
Deterministically route tasks to agents, model tiers, skills, or human review gates before execution.
Agent Handoff Kit
Convert structured tasks, route decisions, and context packs into agent-ready Markdown and JSON handoff packets.
Agent Reporting
Turn agent activity, runs, reviews, failures, and feedback into reports, risks, learning, and next actions.
Agent Machine Doctor
Diagnose developer-machine performance, storage, caches, background load, memory pressure, and toolchain readiness.
Agent Security Doctor
Diagnose repository, supply-chain, editor, data-boundary, agent-config, attack-surface, and release-gate security risks.
Agent Channel Bridge
Bridge local agent status, approvals, replies, and results to Slack, Discord, and custom human-in-the-loop channels.
Public release links will appear when each project is actually ready.
The roadmap stays intentionally forward-looking while repositories remain private. That lets SO Works explain the full architecture without presenting private development as already released software.
