Agent Persona · Planned OSS release

Review the artifact from the people who have to live with it.

Agent Persona is being prepared to turn explicit user, adopter, contributor, security, operator, and buyer perspectives into reusable review packs for README, PRD, onboarding, release, UX, and agent-handoff reviews.

Perspective made explicitMake the intended reviewer lens visible instead of relying on generic review prompts.
Comparable reviewReuse the same synthetic review groups across artifacts and releases.
Signal over volumeThe intended value is genuinely new actionable findings, not more comments.

Planned product surface

User and adopter lenses

Ask what first-time users, adopters, buyers, or operators would misunderstand, reject, or need next.

Security and contributor lenses

Make maintenance, contribution, operational, and security concerns part of repeatable artifact review.

Reusable review groups

Apply consistent persona groups to README, PRD, onboarding, UX, release, and handoff artifacts.

Composable review

Use persona guidance as a second axis alongside technical reviewer lanes such as Agent Fusion.

Public release status

Agent Persona is planned for public OSS release. The implementation is still being prepared behind a private repository while public packaging, examples, documentation, licensing, and release gates are finalized. Public repository and installation links will appear only after release readiness is complete.

Product boundary

Persona packs make review perspectives explicit. They do not claim to simulate real people or replace interviews and direct user research. Public examples should stay synthetic or sanitized.
